5- Bid Bond

8- The bidders who will submit a bid to the tender must purchase the tender     documents.

      9- The local bidders, foreign bidders and agencies of foreign bidders can take the “Technical Specifications” and “Administrative Specifications” from the places mentioned in item 7.a on condition that they deposit or transfer the tender document price to one of the bank account no. in item 7.c. on behalf of Eti Maden İşletmeleri Genel Müdürlüğü against submitting or sending a receipt together with their request.

10- Offers will be submitted latest 15.05.2026; at 11:00 (Turkish local time) to Eti Maden İşletmeleri Genel Müdürlüğü, “Gelen Evrak” department in closed envelopes. The offers will be opened by related commissions on deadline date at 11:00 at Eti Maden İşletmeleri Genel Müdürlüğü. Bidders or their authorized representatives in Turkey may present during opening of the offers. (Check our Administrative Specifications for details)

11-The dimensions, quantities and properties of refractory bricks shall be in accordance with the properties given in the tables and annexes of the specifications. BIDDERs shall include in their bids, for each type of material specified in Article 2, a data sheet and/or catalog obtained from the manufacturer, bearing the manufacturer's stamp and signature, specifying the physical and chemical properties of the product;as well as the origin (country) of the refractory bricks they will manufacture and/or procure, and information about the company supplying them and the manufacturing factory. In the event that the analysis results of the offered refractory bricks are outside the specifications requested in the Technical Specifications, the offers shall not be taken into consideration.

    BIDDERs shall provide information on the thermal conductivity of the bricks, operating temperature profiles, etc. together with their bids, in order to prevent the bricks from being exposed to thermal shock and being damaged when the furnaces are put into operation.

12- If the closed and sealed offer envelope is presented in a courier company package or different package, the phrase “TEKLİFTİR” shall be written in Turkish on the outermost packaging.

13- Entity is subjected to provisions of 3/g article, excluding prohibition from tenders and punishment provisions of 4734 numbered Turkish Public Tender Law, and free to perform the tender, and award the contract partially or fully to the desired person.
