5- Bid Bond        

Bidders should submit bid bonds at least 3% of the bid amount (See our Administrative Specifications for details).

b) Foreign bidders shall submit the bid bond in cash or as Letter of Guarantee in the currency within their bid (in terms of USD or EURO).

8- The bidders who will submit a bid to the tender must purchase the tender documents.

      9- The local bidders, foreign bidders and agencies of foreign bidders can take the “Technical Specifications” and “Administrative Specifications” from the places mentioned in item 7.a on condition that they deposit or transfer the tender document price to one of the bank account no. in item 7.c. on behalf of Eti Maden İşletmeleri Genel Müdürlüğü against submitting or sending a receipt together with their request.

10- Offers will be submitted latest 14.10.2025; at 11:00 (Turkish local time) to Eti Maden İşletmeleri Genel Müdürlüğü, “Gelen Evrak” department in closed envelopes. If the closed and sealed offer envelope is presented in a courier company package or  different package, the phrase “TEKLİFTİR” shall be written in Turkish on the outermost packaging. The offers will be opened by related commissions on deadline date at 11:00 a.m. at Eti Maden İşletmeleri Genel Müdürlüğü. Bidders or their authorized representatives in Turkey may present during opening of the offers. (Check our Administrative Specifications for details)

11- The dimensions, quantities and properties of refractory bricks shall be in accordance with the properties given in the tables and annexes of the specifications. Bidders shall indicate in their offers the physical and chemical properties of the product, which has been received from the manufacturer for each type of material specified in Article 2 and has the manufacturer's stamp and signature on it, and the origin (country) of the refractory bricks to be manufactured and/or supplied, the company from which they will be supplied and the information of the production factory. In the event that the analysis results of the offered refractory bricks are outside the specifications requested in the Technical Specifications, the offers shall not be taken into consideration.

12- Entity is subjected to provisions of 3/g article, excluding prohibition from tenders and punishment provisions of 4734 numbered Turkish Public Tender Law, and free to perform the tender, and award the contract partially or fully to the desired person.
