10-  Offers will be submitted latest 18.12.2023; at 02:30 p.m. (Turkish local time) to Eti Maden İşletmeleri Genel Müdürlüğü, “Gelen Evrak” department in closed envelopes. The offers will be opened by related commissions on deadline date at 02:30 p.m. at Eti Maden İşletmeleri Genel Müdürlüğü. 11-  Dimensions, quantities and characteristics of the refractory bricks will be in conformity with the characteristics provided in the tables and annexes of the specifications. BIDDERS will submit documents obtained from the producer firm, which bear seal and signature of the producer firm, containing physical-chemical characteristics for each type of material specified in Article 3 of the technical specifications and information regarding the producer firm along with their bids. In the event of the analysis results of the refractory bricks offered being outside the specs provided in the Technical Specifications, the bids will not be taken into assessment.

12-  Entity is subjected to provisions of 3/g article, excluding prohibition from tenders and punishment provisions of 4734 numbered Turkish Public Tender Law, and free to perform the tender, and award the contract partially or fully to the desired person.
