COLEMANITE TOXICITY TESTING SERVICES WILL BE PURCHASED FOR ETİ MADEN İŞLETMELERİ GENEL MÜDÜRLÜĞÜ, 

TEKNOLOJI GELIŞTIRME DAIRESI BAŞKANLIĞI

1-      Colemanite Toxicity Testing Services will be purchased with tender in open procedure for Eti Maden İşletmeleri Genel Müdürlüğü Teknoloji Geliştirme Dairesi Başkanlığı.

8-The bidders who will submit a bid to the tender must purchase the tender     documents. The bidders shall be reach announcement for tender and detailed information at www.etimaden.gov.tr.

 

 

 

      9- Foreign bidders and agencies of foreign bidders can take the “Technical Specifications” and “Administrative Specifications” from the places mentioned in item 7.a on condition that they deposit or transfer the tender document price to one of the bank account no. in item 7.c. on behalf of Eti Maden İşletmeleri Genel Müdürlüğü against submitting or sending a receipt together with their request.

 

 

 

      10- The bidders shall submit below mentioned documents with their bid:

 

·         BIDDERs will present the time schedule to the ENTITY at the bidding phase.

 

·         BIDDERs must present their price bids together with GLP Certificate, Accreditation Certificates and similar international references in conformity with the scope of the specifications (conformity to OECD standards).

 

  • BIDDERs will specify the particle size of the test substance to be used in the work scope, in their bids.

 

 

 

11-Offers will be submitted latest till 01/08/2019; at 14:30  (Turkish local time) to Eti Maden İşletmeleri Genel Müdürlüğü, “Gelen Evrak” department in closed envelopes. The offers will be opened by related commissions on deadline date at 14:30 at Eti Maden İşletmeleri Genel Müdürlüğü. Bidders or their authorized representatives in Türkiye may present during opening of the offers. (Check our Administrative Specifications for details).

 

 

 

12-Technical and Administrative Specifications shall be obtained from our Entity and shall be sealed and signed indicating that all the conditions are accepted and sent with other offer documents.

 

 

 

13-Entity is subjected to provisions of 3/g article, excluding prohibition from tenders and punishment provisions of 4734 numbered Turkish Public Tender Law, and free to perform the tender, and award the contract partially or fully to the desired person.
