    By vision of our great leader Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, Etibank was founded in 1935 with the law number 2805 to supply natural and financial resources to economy, which are driving forces of industrialization. The company was restructured in 1998 and consequently, its title was changed to Eti Holding Inc. Further, the company was restructured under new title Eti Mine Works in 2004.

    Legal responsibility of the company is mining, processing and marketing of Turkey’s boron resources. Eti Mine Works with its organisational structure which consists of Bandırma, Kırka, Emet, Bigadiç, Kestelek Boron Works; İstanbul Purchasing and Sales Management, İzmir Export Management; Mine Works; Overseas Representatives and Sales Agents and Affiliates is a world wide company having activities on Mining, Chemistry and Metallurgy.

    The company which is certificated with TS EN ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System is acting on the sense of customer satisfaction, making difference in market place on service quality, effective management by whole participation of staff, increasing the efficiency and supplying new product and services into the market.
